Betrayal Trauma

You see the signs and something in your gut tells you something is off. But, every time you ask questions, there’s some other explanation and you start to wonder if you might be crazy. Once you discover that your intuition was right, you can’t stop seeing images of what you’ve discovered and you feel like you’re wearing a mask, trying to hold it together at work or for your family while feeling like you’re slowly dying inside, wondering if you’ll be able to trust others, or even yourself, again.

Infidelity might be part of your story, but it doesn't have to be THE story.

Whether you discovered your partner’s infidelity or compulsive sexual behaviors or they disclosed them, you may feel frozen and unsure of your options. You may fear sharing with your friends or family, expecting judgment for yourself or your spouse. As a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist, I am passionate about working individually with betrayed partners to make sense of the trauma symptoms many experience after discovery, identifying personal boundaries and goals for healing, and healing the impacts of trauma.

You are worthy of a safe space to re-discover your worth and make sense of your next steps forward. I would love to walk with you wherever you are in your journey – no mask needed.
